The art of accepting humiliation! [PART 1]

While browsing through the ocean of blogs in the net......

I was frequently hit by
many "how to...." series!

I hate the very idea of advice......be it giving or
taking.....

what effect is it going to have anyway?.......So I

shuddered at a thought
of giving advices ,in a blog.

When does a person gives advices?............

when he/she is perfect[or atleast ,nearperfect] in

something......And instantly,a whacky thought stroke me.

I'm good at getting mokkais and resisting them!?

.......hey ...wait...don't u go laughing at me....if u people

would give a little thought.....may be u would realize that

its not an easy job after all......so here I go....

  • who cares ? technique:

This is a technique, that could actually work!....

Try remembering the situation, when u were caught up

for a stupidest act , u did. And ur whole class is laughing

at u.Deep down in our heart, we would expect the whole

ground to open up and swallow us....But outside, we

have to act as if ,it did not affect the slightest of our

soul....

Stand supreme, in front of the friends and act as if

u r going to receive a nobelprize!.And use catchy

phrases like "So what?"....."it happens u know!".....

Project urself as a person who doesn't care a damn

about the society or the pressure it gives......

  • The laughing back technique:

I learned this technique , from my chemistry professor

.......such a niceperson....but not too good in teaching...

..so he had problems withstudents....almost nobody

would listen to the class and all his sessions became a

mess.....also the students started shouting and

laughing in his classes.....I pitiedhim................and

one day it went out of control.....he looked like ,

he was going to burst.....I thought someone would get

suspended that day....But what he did really surprised

all of us....He stopped teaching ,turned back and started

laughing.....staring straight in our faces.

To be honest,we were all shocked. That smile had

thousand hidden meanings in it.And ,still now I

cannot phrase it in words....And we all felt very

humiliated!

But ...students r always students......the yelping and

the laughing continued.....but the level certainly reduced.....

Try this stratergy also, in desperate times....

(more of them are about to follow................

as and when I remember them)
